Those of you who attended our special event on 11/11/2011 will be aware of the planned auction which we only managed to get a little way through on the night because we ran out of time. We're pleased to let you know that the remaining items are now available to bid on here via our website in a silent auction in aid of Audacious Dreaming, the people behind the wonderful short film A Fairytale Life featuring the Australian award-winning actress Glenda Linscott. Big things are planned for the film and the ultimate goal is to bring the risks of HIV/AIDS back to the public eye again with education re-igniting the campaign.

The Auction

A small number of special items are available to bid on NOW via email. Every penny does count, and all winning bids will be donated to Audacious Dreaming (minus postage/packing fees) so we hope everyone will be able to dig deep. Some of these items are rare collectors' pieces and not available anywhere else.

How to Bid

Easy. State your maximum bid value (in UK£ ONLY) via email to auctions@screenstarevents.com quoting the item reference number. Each bid will be reviewed and accepted in the order that they have arrived to us (first come, first served) with the highest being recorded until the next highest before the closing date.

This page will be updated every 24 hours to give you an idea of the current highest bids.

All bids must be made by 04/03/2012 at which point the auction will close and the winners notified by email. Payment must be made by credit/debit card online via our payment system within 72 hours otherwise the bid will expire and the next highest bid made the winner.

This special auction is for a good cause - please only make genuine bids. Bid retractions must be made via email within 24 hours of making the mistake.

All bids must be made before midnight on 04/03/2012 at which point the winners will be confirmed. Please note that a reserve value has been placed on most items to ensure they are only sold to serious bidders.

When placing a bid via email you accept that unless you retract within 24 hours the bid is a legal contract between you and Screen Star Events. Should your bid be the highest for the item you are bidding on, you will be required to make payment by credit/debit card within 72 hours of notification.

If a bid arrives at the same time for the same value, preference will be given to the bidder who attended the 11/11/11 event, otherwise the bids of the same value arriving at the same time will be randomly picked.
