This page advises of our delivery and returns policy.


• Dispatch of most items is within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Royal Mail First and Second Class post is used so please allow up to 7 days for your order to process through the postal system. For overseas orders this time should be extended to up to 21 days.

• We are unable to dispatch to the following countries:

• Balkans
• Belarus
• Burma/Myanmar
• Cuba
• Democratic Republic of Congo
• Eritrea
• Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Serbia
• International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia
• Iran
• Iraq
• Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire)

• North Korea
• Republic of Guinea
• Somalia
• Sudan
• Syria
• Zimbabwe

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if your order does not meet your expectations please refer to the following guidelines:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.


Under normal circumstances, entry tickets will not be sent out for our events unless otherwise stated. This helps us to keep costs and ticket prices as low as possible.

When attending an event, your name will be added to our guest list and you simply just need to turn up and confirm your details to gain entry. You may like to include copies of your email receipts although these are not necessary.

Because our events are private, you are not able to turn up on the day to gain entry. Payment must always be made in advance as this helps us plan the day itself.

Details of the venue will only be sent out to confirmed guests and this is normally done around a month before the event is due to take place.
