ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
If you later find out you are unable to attend, we are unable to issue any refunds. This is standard for all events of this nature. We will only issue refunds if the event is cancelled. By booking a place to attend this event you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
WE MUST OBTAIN THE FULL NAMES OF ALL GUESTS
You will be able to enter the full names of all attendees when you book a place. We must have this information.
YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT IS YOUR ENTRY TICKET
You must bring this with you - we do not send out physical tickets. We will require you to bring I.D and your paypal receipts which will be checked prior to entry.
MEETING THE STAR GUESTS
After the 'Audience With' section which will last up to two hours, you will be able to purchase a Photo Op so that you can have your photo taken with Kate.
This is priced at £15.00 which will give you 2 photos - which can be a combination of 2 selfies / 1 selfie and pro photograph or 2 pro photographs. Pro photos will be emailed to you within 3 days of the event concluding. We will advise how payment of Photo Ops can be made once you have booked a place.
Please be aware that our photo session will be conducted very swiftly in fairness to all attendees.

We are thrilled to be able to bring you this opportunity to meet yet another much loved TV star. Our events are designed to be relaxed affairs where you can enjoy listening to and meeting the star guest.
WHY ONLY TWO LOCATIONS?
We regularly receive requests from fans all over the country for the actors to come to YOU, wherever you are! Since they are travelling to the other side of the world to attend these events we do hope you will be prepared to take a train / flight / coach etc to come along and attend our Event. Its important to us to develop a relationship with venues and a base for us to operate from, and as such we will continue to operate from Birmingham and London.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you book your place, we require some time to check over every booking individually. You may not hear from us straight away, this is absolutely normal so don't worry.
THE EVENT HAS SOLD OUT! WHAT CAN I DO?
We do operate a reserve list should any additional places become available. Please drop us a note via our Contact Us page.
As noted above, photo ops are NOT included in your ticket price. This is an extra cost and must be paid at a later stage, to be confirmed by Screen Star Events. We will be unable to grant any photo ops to guests to do not purchase this add-on later.
Guests can have 1 free signature from our actor on a personal item only, as part of your entry ticket. Due to time constraints, we can only offer a maximum of 3 signatures per person. 1 free, and 2 others. We will have photos available to purchase priced at £10.00 each which will include a signature. If you bring other personal items to be signed they will be charged at £5.00 per item. The total number of items you can get signed by our actor is 3. We appreciate your full support with this in order for the day to run as smoothly as possible.
RESPECTING OUR STAR GUEST AND OTHERS
We expect all guests to show respect to our guest, our staff and other fans. As per our terms and conditions, should anyone's behaviour give us cause for concern we will ask you to leave immediately. Again, we thank you for your full cooperation with this.
